Endurance Challenge: Pushup King/Queen

Starting April 1st until the last participant remains Pushing!

The Push-Up King/Queen challenge will be a contest about Strength, Endurance and Discipline. Starting on April 1st, all participants will perform 1 push-up on the first day. Each following day, the number of required push-ups increases by 1 additional push-up (Day 2 = 2 push-ups, Day 3 = 3 push-ups, etc.). The challenge continues indefinitely until a single participant is left standing.

Of course the question “Why Join?” remains. After new year resolutions have been mostly given up, a new challenge must arise. This challenge will:

  • Improve strength and endurance over time.
  • Build mental discipline and consistency.
  • Give you a friendly competition to hold you accountable.
  • Earn you the ultimate bragging rights as the Push-Up King/Queen!

Guidelines:

  1. Daily Progression: The number of push-ups must be completed in a single day. Missing a day results in elimination. No catching up allowed.
  2. Form Matters: Push-ups must be performed with proper technique—chest to the ground, full extension, and controlled movement.
  3. Rest Rule: Participants are allowed to rest after every 10 push-ups before continuing. This ensures endurance without sacrificing form.
  4. Verification: Participants are trusted to track their own progress and be honest about completing the daily requirement. This challenge is about personal growth as much as competition
  5. Winner Declaration:The last remaining person who successfully completes the required daily push-ups wins the title of Push-Up King/Queen!
